About Southaven, MS - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Southaven, Mississippi is the third-largest city in the state by population, and it is one of the most populous Memphis, TN suburbs. As of 2010, nearly 49,000 people called the city home, and it is served by top-ranking DeSoto County Schools. An average of seven new families move into Southaven each day as the city brings in new businesses and jobs. Most recently, businesses found within the West End District have enjoyed a revitalization project, which can offer financial incentives for new companies who wish to relocate to the area.

The bustling City of Southaven offers a variety of things to see, do, and experience. Southaven is the proud home of the Landers Center, a large facility that hosts over 1,000 events each year. It is the home of the Mississippi RiverKings, which plays in the Central Hockey League. Southaven Town Center is an outdoor shopping plaza with a wealth of stores and restaurants, and Tanger Outlets Southaven is a well-known outlet mall. The city also has an excellent park system that offers great spaces for organized sports and outdoor activities, including Snowden Grove Park, Greenbrook Softball Complex, and the Southaven Soccer Complex.

Each season in Southaven brings unique weather conditions. The year starts with a mild, short winter, and average daily highs stick to the low-50s during January and February. However, cold fronts sometimes move into the area and bring snow, and overnight temperatures often fall into the 30s. To keep home interiors comfortable and to prevent pipes from freezing, it is crucial that residents invest in the right gas or electric furnace.

The summer weather in Southaven is hot and humid. Temperatures frequently reach into the upper-90s, and high humidity can make its way into the area via the Gulf. Central air conditioning efficiently cools an entire home, circulating cool air through a series of air ducts to provide optimal comfort.
