Our AC went out and we called a company who canceled 5 minutes before the end of our 4 hour appointment window. Their next available was in 4 days. We called DeSoto, they not only sent a technician right then ( who arrived within 30 minutes), they fixed our unit and were finished under an hour. They are now our only HV/AC and plumbing service for all our needs. Thank you Patrick who serviced our AC today.

Desoto Air & Plumbing made a crappy situation go away. I waited on Choice home warranty company to even assign someone to my claim (complete plumbing stoppage) 26 hrs later they assigned the claim for an appointment 3 more days out. Fast forward to deciding who can wait that long to put any water etc down the drain. I called and Patrick let me know he was finishing up a job and would be able to stop by. Thirtyish minutes later he and Braden, were there! Wow to that alone, then the professionalism, add in fixing the problem, and not minding that I was watching and learning. I really can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks again.

My downstairs air-conditioning unit was Not Cooling It became very hot very fast and it happens to be June in Mississippi. I called the Company. The young lady that answered the phone was very nice and had a young man out here within an hour. His name was Eli he very respectful, very knowledgeable and Very positive. He fixed the problem.
