I highly recommend this business. Very professionalism and customer service. Patrick and Justin plus the staff is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I've been using them for years and their number on the chart.

Danny came out to our house within the hour and was in and out! Very Knowledgeable and had our air conditioner working in 20 minutes. Would highly recommend

Had our first experience with Justin and his company several years ago. We have continued to use them as recent as today! It is a company that values it’s employees and customers. They have always returned calls. Arrived when we were told. Justin accepted a call after hours then FaceTimed with me to make sure He could see what we were discussing. His employees are very friendly and knowledgeable! Just a great company!

I called first thing on a Friday morning in busiest season. Guy here by lunch. What we thought would be a repair turned into new install. Install crew here within hour. None of them spoke down to a woman. Showed me the problems. Answered all my questions. Never felt nervous with them working here.

This is the BEST company around for HVAC and plumbing needs. I am so thankful for a company I can rely on for GREAT SERVICE and know that I will get honest information about what is needed to take care of whatever issue I am having. Justin and all the technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You can call them anytime and know they will be there quickly and get the problem solved. Good Customer service is hard to find now days and DeSoto Air and Plumbing provides GREAT customer service. 5 stars is not enough to rate this company and it's employees.

We requested a technician several weeks back to take a look at one of our AC units. The Team sent Patrick Smitherman. This is the first time that we've used Desoto Heating and Air and will continue to use them because of the service we received from Patrick. It was actually the best service that we've had since we moved to the area in 2015. Awesome experience and great customer service.- Justin

Had a water leak soaking front yard. They came out and identified it very quickly as a leak coming from the water meter on the Olive Branch water service side of the connections. Very professional, very nice, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

We contacted Desoto Air about a plumbing issue that was ongoing and asked about potential bathroom remodel. They spearheaded the project for us and did all of the demo and plumbing, subbing out the construction, tile, and glass work. We could not be happier with the end result. They were so professional from start to finish and made the entire process seamless and stress free! Pricing was fair and honest and we knew exactly where we were spending every penny. I would highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing and hvac needs. Thank you to them and all the very professional subs they selected for our job. I have never dealt with more polite, professional, and prompt workers at every phase of the project.

We had a pinpoint leak in our wall. We’ve been in our house for a 20+ years. We contacted Desoto Air & Heat. Desoto Air & Leak located the leak and resolved it quickly. Their team was very friendly and professional. They communicated with us throughout the process. I’ve used other plumbers over the years but we will use Desoto & Air for any future plumbing concerns.

DeSoto Air is fast and efficient! They have replaced my dated HVAC unit with an AMAZING Trane unit and also replaced my old water heater with a tankless! Best customer service around

Stevie and Brad did a wonderful service putting in our units. Got it done in one day. Very good clean up as well. This is the 2nd time using this company and I will do it again if a need happens.
