Danny great a/c man in Desoto county and dependable and on time!!

Danny is awesome and does amazing work! He is very thorough and efficient! The best service I’ve ever received from plumbing/hvac servicer!

Called about no air and Danny came out with in a few hours and within a few minutes had the air back up and running. With a little one at home 80 degrees was not cutting it. I will for sure be using Danny and Desoto air for any other ac needs! Thanks again for the quick response

Danny was great. Called late at night and he showed up first thing in the morning. He identified the issue immediately, and was honest about the cheapest way to fix it. He didn’t try and bill me for work that we didn’t need. Honest and dependable! Will definitely use them for any other needs in the future.

Best people to work with! I would give 10 stars if I could. July 19 at 6:42 am I discovered my middle bedroom carpet was soaking wet! I woke my husband from a deep sleep (me trying not to sound hysteric) and told him about the wet carpet. He advised me to call Desoto Plumbing and Air as he said they got rave reviews. I called and left them a message. By 9:00 am Patrick Smitherman was at our house and guided us all the way! The issue turned out to be a pin hole leak in the attic. Needless to say all of this was stressful but thru the whole process Patrick was amazing as was the whole Desoto team. I feel they REALLY did go above normal to help us. Hopefully you will never need their services but when you do I highly recommend Desoto Air and Plumbing. Thanks Patrick for being so kind! Warren and Allene Little

Made the call that we needed someone to come out and check out our plumbing. Danny was here in less than 2 hours, evaluated our issue and diagnosed it and let us know what had to be done. Would 1000% recommend this company! They replaced our HVAC unit and we’ve been cooler since. We have peace of mind knowing that we can call on DeSoto Air & Plumbing and they’ll send great guys like Danny out to help us in our time of need!

Our AC stopped working on a Friday night and they came out first thing on Saturday. Took the time to explain what was wrong and go over all our options to fix it and what to do to maintain our system so it will last longer. Great experience, professional service, highly recommend!

Hottest day of the summer and our AC goes out, of course. Called these guys and within an hour, their technician, Patrick, was here checking the system. He literally had us up and running within 15-20 minutes! Amazing service, as always! These guys are literally the best in the area! Cant beat their integrity, service, or pricing! If you have a problem give these guys a call, you wont regret it. We have used them for heat, plumbing, and air, and a complete bathroom remodel. They have delivered nothing but stellar quality work every time!

They have always returned calls. Arrived when we were told. Justin accepted a call after hours then FaceTimed with me to make sure He could see what we were discussing. I called first thing on a Friday morning in busiest season. Guy here by lunch. What we thought would be a repair turned into new install. Install crew here within hour. None of them spoke down to a woman. Showed me the problems. Answered all my questions. Never felt nervous with them working here.

This is the BEST company around for HVAC and plumbing needs. I am so thankful for a company I can rely on for GREAT SERVICE and know that I will get honest information about what is needed to take care of whatever issue I am having. Justin and all the technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. You can call them anytime and know they will be there quickly and get the problem solved. Good Customer service is hard to find now days and DeSoto Air and Plumbing provides GREAT customer service. 5 stars is not enough to rate this company and it's employees.

We requested a technician several weeks back to take a look at one of our AC units. The Team sent Patrick Smitherman. This is the first time that we've used Desoto Heating and Air and will continue to use them because of the service we received from Patrick. It was actually the best service that we've had since we moved to the area in 2015. Awesome experience and great customer service.- Justin

Had a water leak soaking front yard. They came out and identified it very quickly as a leak coming from the water meter on the Olive Branch water service side of the connections. Very professional, very nice, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
