I can’t say enough good things about this company! I recently had some A/C repair work done by Patrick, and the entire experience was outstanding. The lady I spoke with initially was really nice!! He showed up on time, thoroughly explained all of the issues with my system, and gave me several repair options without ever pressuring me into buying anything I didn’t need. I was able to choose the option that best fit my budget, and the work was completed within 24 hours. Patrick, thank you for your professionalism, honesty, and excellent service. Our air conditioner unexpectedly stopped blowing cold air, for no apparent reason. Called after 5pm, and April who answered the phone was kind and understanding. She got Steve out here within 2 hours and he checked everything over thoroughly. The air had started blowing cold again about 10 minutes before he arrived. He assured me that if it happens again, give a call and they will send someone to reassess. 10 yr warranty and no cost for the service call, even after hours. Thanks for excellent care and prompt response!

After another company didn’t show up, Desoto Air & Plumbing came in the time frame quoted and quickly repaired my AC unit. The technicians were polite and got my house cooled down again in the middle of summer.

Let me start by saying how great Mr. Patrick customer service is. He greeted me with a smile. He found the issue on my HVAC and went above and beyond repairing it. I recommend Desoto Air & Plumbing because of their customer service and honesty.

Patrick and Eli were the absolute best !!!! They came out so quickly and did an incredible job!!! 10/10 would call them again!!

I thank you very much for being at our home on time and repairing our ac system on a very hot day. Thank you! Then on July 20, 2026 our outdoor unit needs a fan motor. Heat index is 110 and Eli happily changes the motor and cleans the coil to get us a nice cool house once again. Then in that same weather an outdoor faucet starts leaking and we couldn't get it shut. I was on the road and couldn't fix it. I call the shop, they send someone out to repair that immediately to dodge a major loss of water. Thank you Desoto Air and Plumbing! I would recommend you to anyone needing quality work!

Professional and courteous from start to finish! Consulted with Patrick several times with respect to replacement of a very old condenser and air handler with a gas furnace. Every time we spoke, he assured me that my questions were always welcomed. Never a sense of pressure, only genuine concern for my needs, regardless of whether I chose his company or some other company to do the job. A team of 7 technicians came out the next day, after calling me to give me their time of arrival. In about four hours they had the old system removed and the new one up and running! They laid down protective runners so as to protect my floors. I dont remember all their names, but each one of them was friendly, well mannered, and professional. I heard no profanity from anyone I greatly appreciated that. They all seemed to get along together and worked with each other very well. They were recommended to me by a friend and I definitely will pass the recommendations along! Thanks DeSoto Air & Plumbing!!

Patrick and Eli came out to service our upstairs unit after hearing a noise identified this morning. It was due to the capacitor and needed to be replaced. They walked me through the issue itself and were very helpful in getting this replaced. After doing a cleaning on both the units, the capacitor for the downstairs unit was also having issues. They replaced it as well. We are fully functioning and back in the cool air thankfully to both of the guys. If you need quick service and support in getting back to staying cool in these extreme heat conditions reach out to Desoto Air for assistance. We had concerns unit not cooling adequately. Receptionist helped us determine when this unit was installed and reminded us it was under warranty until 2031, then scheduled an appointment for the next day. Service tech Eli communicated with us several times about his arrival time. He was very personable, and found a capacitor that was “weak” so he replaced while he was here. Gave us several pointers about optimizing function. Highly recommend this company!

I have needed help with my water heater and my air conditioner in the last month. I called Desoto Air and Plumbing for the water heater problem {gas valve} and they had fixed up the same day. The capacitor in my big a/c unit fried, I called Desoto Air, and once again they have me up and running within 2 hours. We had a water leak caused by the sealant around a roof pipe wearing out, and Luke from Desoto Air & Plumbing did an outstanding job. He quickly identified the source of the leak, explained the issue clearly, and repaired it with quality workmanship. Not long after he finished, we got a good rain, and the repair held up perfectly—no more leaks! It was a huge relief.
