Patrick was very helpful - I had an hvac emergency involving water build up and they were very quick to respond and help resolve the issue.

Called in and was told someone would be out within an hour. Danny contacted me on his way and showed up right on time. Danny was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful with our AC issue. Would recommend their services!

Great service. Arrived on time and communicated well. Price was over $300 for a check up and cleaning. Capacitor was replaced but was under warranty.

Highly recommend Desoto Air. We started having AC issues this spring and shopped around between a few companies. We picked Desoto Air because they offered a fair price, good customer service, and never pressured us to make a decision. We worked with Patrick and he did a great job of explaining our options and working within our budget. We decided to replace both of our units and he offered a competitive price along with a great warranty. The crew was at our house the next morning to perform the work. They brought coverings for our floors and we very professional. I would recommend Desoto Air to anyone shopping around and if you have a make a decision quickly, as is often the case with A/C and plumbing problems, know they will treat you fairly.

I had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. The call‑center representative was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful — she got everything scheduled quickly and made a stressful morning feel a lot easier. I called at 6:30 AM about a leaking pipe, and by 9:30 two technicians were at my door. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and had the issue fixed fast. The pricing was fair and affordable, which I really appreciated. Later that day, I noticed a little more water and called back just to be safe. They didn’t hesitate — they sent someone out the same day to double‑check everything. It turned out to be just residual water, but their willingness to return so promptly shows how much they value their customers. Great technicians, great customer service, friendly people, prompt response, and fair pricing. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Mr. Danny called me right before he pulled to inform me he was on the way. Upon arrival he went straight to the unit check the capacitor and removed and replaced it. My unit is up and running all within 5 mins. I’d highly recommend this company and Mr. Danny’s professionalism.

Steve Alaina John and JP came out and did our install. They did awesome and got us cold air going.

Our AC went out and we called a company who canceled 5 minutes before the end of our 4 hour appointment window. Their next available was in 4 days. We called DeSoto, they not only sent a technician right then ( who arrived within 30 minutes), they fixed our unit and were finished under an hour. They are now our only HV/AC and plumbing service for all our needs. Thank you Patrick who serviced our AC today.
