Danny came out quickly after i called this morning. He was nice and full of energy. He got our air up and running in no time. He was very professional and super nice. I will definitely call again in the future if I need them.

My A/C suddenly stopped working when we were getting severe hot weather !! It was 10 pm Thursday nite when I noticed it had stopped and I called Desoto Air & Plumbing. (24/7) They were very professional even at the late hour! I was panicking! I made an appt for the next day between 12-2 pm. The two Patrick’s arrived early within minutes past noon. They were very professional explaining what they were doing and why. Being the responsible female I appreciated that! Within minutes they successfully had it blowing cool air again!! I was so relieved!! I will keep their number and highly recommend them!! Thank you guys! Y’all were great!! Teresa

I had my system installed nine years ago. They were very professional. During installation Ive had two issues since then, but they came out and repaired it without cost, they standby their guarantees and are thorough while checking the system

Our upstairs AC unit was damaged by being intentionally badly serviced by another HVAC company. We were told it would probably need replacing, but wanted a second opinion after being so badly burned prior. Desoto Air's tech, Danny came out the same afternoon we called and confirmed that we needed a new unit. However, he was the first of the 3 companies that actually went upstairs immediately to check the entire unit, not just the outside portion. He was careful and thorough in his inspection and answered questions and explained what he was doing. He gave us a ballpark estimate and installation day, but said they would give send over a firm price and day that afternoon, which they did. The crew (Braden, Alaina, Stevie and Eli) arrived promptly, spread out drop cloths though the house and worked carefully. They were pleasant and professional, cleaned up after their installation, and cheerfully put the old unit on a trailer as requested. We are enjoying cool air upstairs now and glad it was such a good experience!

I would like to share my experience of how Professional and competent Patrick was when coming out and getting us up and running with our HVAC issues. He went above to give me information on how to fix small things to where I wouldn’t have to call a technician. So thank Desoto Air and plumbing and especially Patrick

Quick, efficient, professional. They installed a new tankless water heater same day. Patrick and his team very thorough. Price was reasonable, offered financing. Also, Patrick came out the next day (Saturday) to address an unrelated plumbing issue. They have a lifetime customer.

I had a slab leak where water was flowing out of the slab from one of the bedrooms. I called Desoto Air and Plumbing. April is the front desk person I talk to. She is the BEST. She is very professional, customer oriented and tech savvy. Luke who came and identified the issue and suggested the alternative way to solve the issue was great. All of their employees are hard working. Justin should be proud of his employees. HIGH FIVE TO APRIL AND LUKE. I would not call any other company. Desoto Air and Plumbing is your go to company. They understand customer service and when you have disasters.

Luke and Pat got my squared away. Honest about what they could and couldn’t do to help. I had excessive condensation on the ac lines. They got those reinforced and took pictures to consult with colleagues before leaving.
