Not long after we moved into our house, we started having issues with our AC system. DeSoto Air was the first business I called. I was impressed with Justin's candidness and professionalism in explaining the issue. Since our system was almost 30 years old, I knew better than to throw money at it because I knew the existing system wouldn't last. Justin talked me into a whole new Trane system. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I am a firm believer in paying for quality and good service. He helped us set up a payment plan and everything went smoothly. Since it was middle of summer and they couldn't get back out for a few days, Justin charged my old system so that we wouldn't have to suffer in the heat waiting for them to come back for the installation. Not long after the install was completed in 2019, we had a small issue that was quickly taken care of not long after we called about it. What prompted me to write this review was because I noticed our drain pan was showing some stress damage due to the attic's heat. I called the office and was scheduled for a warranty technician to come out and take a look. He called in to the office after taking some pictures and let me know that he'd call or text when he could get someone out to replace it. They came out the very next day and after an hour, everything is back as it should be. Thanks DeSoto Air! It's nice to work with a company that no matter how big it gets still takes care of its customers with old-fashioned service. You guys will always get a solid recommendation from me whenever friends have problems with their HVAC and you have our business for life!

Patrick & Eli provided top notch service to repair our AC. This is our go-to company for all heat, air, and plumbing. Prompt service and fair and honest pricing. Company operates with integrity, which is so important. They keep you informed at every step in the process and are extremely thorough and prompt. They are the best in the area! Saved us over $1500 on our most recent repair.

We had a pipe break that was flooding the laundry room on a Saturday morning. Danny at DeSoto Air had a tech come to our house quickly and stop the leak. Then early on the next Monday DeSoto Air had a team in to do the complete repair of the plumbing system. The techs were very professional and through repairing and replacing quickly and cleanly. We had our tankless water heater go out on Friday and called to have someone come out and look at it. Not only did they answer the call on a Saturday but they showed up right away. This is not my first time calling them out to look at something. We had them out 2 years ago when our ac went out and they showed up same day. So that’s why we called them when our tankless water heater went out. They were able to get us a new one and had it installed in under 2 hours. The team is very professional and friendly. They even laid down cloth as not to mess up our floors. Needless to say we decided this time to go ahead and make them our provider for everything heat:air and plumbing. So very happy with service!

We called for an emergency water pipe break and they showed up within an hour they didn’t have to fix it that night but they had everything in the truck that they needed and they had us up and going in about an hour. Very professional
