Desoto Air and Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. Danny did a great job assessing our need for a tankless water heater, making the initial evaluation smooth and straightforward. When it came time for the installation, Brandon and his crew arrived right on time and started working immediately. They completed the entire project in a timely fashion, cleaned up thoroughly, and hauled away the old tanks and debris. The pricing was very fair, and everything is working great so far. I look forward to working with them again and highly recommend their team!

Our air conditioner was leaking into our floor so I called Desoto Air & Pluming and they were able to come same day and get it fixed. Patrick, and Braden came out and found the problem immediately. They told me step by step and explained what they were doing and why. Definitely recommend calling them for any air conditioning problems!

I have known Desoto Air for many years. They did a fixture replacement in my shower years ago. When it came time to replace an aged HVAC system, their quote was not only the most reasonable but included a better warranty than their competitors. They answered all my questions and when I asked for suggestions and recommendations based on my home's age and unique set up, their suggestions made sense. They also helped with securing special 0% financing, which made the installation possible. The installers were skilled and had the new system installed and solved a couple of issues quickly. If you suffer from allergies, be sure to inquire about having a thicker filter box installed. I originally had a 1" filter in the old system. The new system has a 4" filter so I can use higher MERV filters and it won't choke up the air flow and over work the system. The new set up will keep my air cleaner and the power usage lower. If you are considering a new HVAC, be sure to have Desoto Air give you an estimate. I expect you will quickly discover what I did. When you hire good people who do good work, you won't have any remorse.

Our unit mysteriously shut off, and we called for a technician to come take a look. They sent Eli out within an hour or so of us calling, and he quickly located the problem, fixed it, and showed me a tip to prevent the problem in the future. So grateful for a quick response! Definitely recommend this company.

We have used Desoto Heating and Plumbing several times, and they have consistently gone above and beyond! They are incredibly accommodating, communicate exceptionally well, and are always quick to respond and assess the situation. Patrick, specifically, is highly responsive, efficient with scheduling, and always such a kind person to work with. His communication and willingness to help make an otherwise stressful situation so much easier! When we needed leak detection, they recommended an outstanding company and maintained excellent communication throughout the process to coordinate the necessary repairs afterward. Beyond their hard work and quality service, what truly sets them apart is their kindness. They took the time to make our kiddos feel special by letting them see their truck and even sharing a few plumbing treasures with them! It’s the little things like this that speak volumes about the people behind a business. I’m glad I called Desoto Air out to look at the AC . Patrick and Branden arrived and looked at the Ac . It’s a really old unit . I thought they were going to try and sell me a unit , but they did not . They found out that the motor was bad . Patrick went over pricing with me and gave me a few options . They don’t pressure me at all , fixed the unit and got me going . I would call them back anytime. Thanks Patrick & Brandon
