Called at 8am and within 1hr I had a technician at my door. Patrick was very nice and repaired by A/C unit quickly with a reasonable estimate. Will definitely reach out to them again.

Great experience! I called after hours (5:30-6pm) and was able to reach someone! I had called 2-3 difference places and never got an answer or got a machine, but with Desoto air and plumbing— I got someone on the phone right away and next day appt. Patrick came out and was so polite, showed me everything that needed to be fixed, helped me understand pricing and services and was so nice. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again! Thankyou all so much!

Last year we had to have our AC unit replaced. Desoto Air and Plumbing were able to fix it same day and had a great team. We needed them to look at a gas line today and they came out immediately and were so helpful. Definitely would recommend them for any of your heating/air/plumbing needs.

Patrick was quick to respond to my initial inquiries and the company followed that up with immediate availability of parts and an installation team. The team got here at 7:30 this morning as scheduled and were done in three hours. I’m very happy with both the process and results 👍

This company has stellar service and was able to prevent a crisis when another company cancelled a Friday afternoon appointment. We called at 4:15 on a Friday and they arrived by 4:30 in the pouring rain to fix our air conditioner in the August heat. They also replaced a leaking water heater for us a few years ago. They work with you on pricing and are genuinely nice people. A company I feel great about using and referring to my family and friends!

Absolutely amazing my air went out and the supposed super company that was supposed to fix it bailed. In comes Desoto air. Remembering them from the awsome water heater job they did a few years ago called them up they came within 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon in the dam rain and had it running again within the hour. Be sure to ask for Brayden the techno wizard he'll fix you up.

Desoto Air & Plumbing did a great job installing a new water heater for us last month. They were quick and efficient and had it installed the next day!

This company was a real blessing for me a week ago. My family and I went two days without any air due to a camera security company messing up our thermostat. I have been living paycheck to paycheck for quite some type so I didnt have any money at the moment. I told the company that I was willing to pay monthly on the bill if possible. I just wanted to get my family out of the heat! They agreed to do it and ran my credit. A couple days later, I contacted them for the bill so I can start paying on it. They told me that they did the service for free.....God is good! Guys im not saying to call the company for a possible free service but they will work with you depending on your situation. Give them a call if you need your air fixed and you won't be disappointed!!

Very fast professional service. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They had us back up and running within a few hours.
