I have been using Desoto Air Plumbing for last 10 years. I know Justin, the owner of the company for long time. He put in HVAC unit at my house. Any time I have a problem with my HVAC, they visit sometime same day. Their price is very reasonable. I had a problem with thermostat today (5/27/26), Eli came and looked at the issue and diagnosed it within 10 minutes. This company is very honest. They do not charge you for unnecessary work. They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Very trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous technicians.

I called on a Friday evening and they said that I could get a quote memorial day the following Monday, Holiday! I said great. They showed up on time to give me a quote, and asked when do i want to get it done. I was thinking. Jason said do you want it done today, holiday. I said that would be great. He called his guys and they started working with in an hour. The whole system was replaced and done in 3 1/2 hours. Great work also great people. They were professional and let me ask a few questions while they were working. Good people and good work!!!

Patrick came out on a weekend and look at our AC unit . He went over a few options and the pricing with us . I decided to go with one and he fixed it within the hour . He was very nice and explained everything that he did . I would definitely be calling them back out if I have any issues with AC again . Thanks Desoto Air !!

Had a leak in our hot water tank pipes. Eli came out really quickly and did a great job replacing the pipe and stopping the leak.

Once again, Desoto Air & Plumbing coming to our rescue. We had a leak, water in our laundry room & bathroom. They came out same day, went over the options, gave a quote and fixed it within 24 hrs. They went above and beyond to help us every time we have called them. I wish every company treated their customers like Desoto Air has treated us. Our AC stopped working on a Friday night and they came out first thing on Saturday. Took the time to explain what was wrong and go over all our options to fix it and what to do to maintain our system so it will last longer. Great experience, professional service, highly recommend!
