Patrick did 2 quick consults before quoting us a very fair price on a good amount of work. His crew showed up 2 hours later and got it done. They were all respectful and polite. I couldn't recommend them enough. They will be our first point of contact for issues going further.

Danny was very friendly and thorough. My Hot water heater busted. He capped off my Hot water heater so I could still have water. He also looked at the heater to make sure it was working properly. I'm very thankful!

Woke up to no heat and called Desoto Air. The lady was kind and patient. She scheduled for an appointment only a few hours later - awesome. Then 30 minutes later, Danny calls me and says he is 15 minutes from house and offered to come ASAP. Danny was kind, professional, funny, and promptly diagnosed and repaired the issue inside 30 minutes. Overall - outstanding employee and company. Highly recommend.

We went with this company after receiving 3 quotes for the same service. Their price was midrange, but affordable. Choates was our first quote and though we've used them before on some things, they were just so full of fluff with the offer that we saw through it. It was just annoying to be talked to like we were being pitched some timeshare without a thought in our heads. We went to Carrier for our third quote, but their salesperson got noticeably angry when we didn't sign on with him as soon as he gave us the quote making us extremely uncomfortable in our own home. This company was our second quote, and although we almost had our minds up to go with them, we do our due diligence when it comes to large expenses so continued with the third. We were not disappointed with Desoto Air and Plumbing. Patrick was the guy who gave us the quote and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I like that both he and the owner were competent no-nonsense sort of folks. I can't remember the installers name, tall slender white male. I think he had red hair. He was a nice guy arrived on time and we've had no problems with the unit since install. We waited to write this review, because we feel it's more accurate to wait. Love that this is a Mississippi business. More personable people who value integrity in my opinion. Confident in this major home purchase from this company. Thank you Desoto Air and Plumbing!

Desoto Air and Plumbing was a lifesaver for us. We had a service that we had to have completed to meet a deadline. We were not sure what we needed. Danny came to provide the service, unfortunately, he wasn't able to complete the service due to some issues he discovered. He worked with us to help find the part we needed at a reasonable price. He quickly rescheduled the appointment and installed the part very quickly. We are so grateful for the service, courtesy, honesty, and help that Danny at Desoto Air and Plumbing provided to us. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

My heat was not coming on in my house. Patrick Smitherman with Desoto Air & Plumbing showed up on time around 8:30am. Within a very short time, Patrick had my heat working. We talked for a while about my 12-year-old HVAC unit and future replacement. Mr. Smitherman was friendly and very knowledgeable. I was satisfied and impressed with the service I received and will call Desoto Air & Plumbing for any future HVAC or plumbing problems I might have. Danny came out and took care of our service check on our year old system , showed up on time , took care of what he needed to do and even gave me some great advice for an older system . Called about no air and Danny came out with in a few hours and within a few minutes had the air back up and running. With a little one at home 80 degrees was not cutting it. I will for sure be using Danny and Desoto air for any other ac needs! Thanks again for the quick response

Danny was great. Called late at night and he showed up first thing in the morning. He identified the issue immediately, and was honest about the cheapest way to fix it. He didn’t try and bill me for work that we didn’t need. Honest and dependable! Will definitely use them for any other needs in the future.
