Called Desoto Air and within an hour and a half Danny was out to our house and getting our hot water heater replaced. Would recommend.

Danny, Braden, Alaina, and Stevie went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that our family wouldn't have to be displaced due to sewage drain clog. This clog wasn't just a snaking fix. This team had to leave and get additional equipment, ended up creating us another more accessible sewer line access point, and worked well into the night. For that, the Lacy Family truly thanks you! Danny was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what was needed to be done. He showed up on time worked efficiently and treated my home with respect. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t try to upsell or rush the job he focused on doing it right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. If you’re dealing with plumbing issues, and want someone you can actually trust ask for Danny. This is the kind of service that’s hard to find these days..

We called for an emergency water pipe break and they showed up within an hour they didn’t have to fix it that night but they had everything in the truck that they needed and they had us up and going in about an hour. Very professional

These guys are incredible! They came out in under 30 minutes even with the icy roads and did a better fix than what u originally asked for. I’ll be their customer for life.

My heater was acting up, so I called Desoto Air. Arrived in less than an hour, even with all the snow! Danny came in and figured it out quickly. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

Danny, Braden and Elaina made a Christmas miracle for me today. I called April and she sent Danny within 30 minutes. Danny diagnosed the problem with my toilet in minutes. Braden was there with in the next 30 minutes and put in the new toilet. The best customer service I have ever seen. Such pleasant gentleman.

This business is awesome. I called on Monday morning at 7am on a toilet we could not get unclogged. Spoke with Danny whom was very pleasant and said he could have someone arrive between 8am and noon. To my surprise Danny himself arrived 2 hours later... that's is what I call excellent service. Danny was here all of maybe 10 minutes and fixed the problem and did not charge arm and a leg...lol like some other business' I know. The cost was extremely reasonable. It is so hard to find good customer service these days and desoto air was an absolute breath of fresh air! From the phone calls to the actual work, I am thoroughly pleased! I had to get my whole house repiped and they did an amazing job. It was clean and everyone was nice and professional! Highly recommend!
