Called late this evening and Patrick was here within an hour. He fixed the issue and had my a/c blowing cold shortly after. Excellent service, will definitely be a returning customer! Patrick was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable!

Desoto Air & Plumbing came out for my AC issue. I was added to the schedule and had Patrick show up within 3 hrs of calling. Patrick quickly diagnosed the float switch and resolved our issue. I recommend Desoto Air & Plumbing for anyone’s AC needs.

Patrick was super helpful from the very first interaction—he got everything scheduled quickly and offered thoughtful suggestions and options to help us resolve our HVAC issues. He did exactly what he said he would, and on time. Billy and his crew were awesome—professional, communicative, and very courteous throughout the upstairs ductwork replacement and electronic dampener install. Danny came out today to troubleshoot a separate issue. He was prompt, friendly, and great to work with. Desoto Air has an amazing team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Friday 6:00pm and Patrick was able to come out within 30 mins. He was professional and replaced the bad part quickly. We will definitely use him again!!

I had a great experience with Danny from Desoto Air & Plumbing. Our main floor AC unit has been out of service for a week. Within 30 minutes Danny had the air working, explained the problem and provided realistic estimates on future repairs that may be needed. The last company wanted $5500 to repair or $8600 to replace a 4 year old unit. Thanks, Danny and I will check out that TV show you recommended.

Update 2025. Again Great service and response time. Holiday weekend and they were out here first thing Saturday to troubleshoot AC unit. Better is the fact they give options on how to address the fix; not just trying to sale you something or more than needed. Much appreciated! Great service and speed. Call at 7pm and owner answered; was at the house working but 845am the next day. What could have been a major repair, was able to fixed in 30mins. Will use again

Patrick, with Desoto Air & Plumbing, came out the day after I inquired about their services. He showed up right when the appointment was set. He inspected my issue (a clogged drain pipe) thoroughly, even with the pipe camera, and kept me informed every step of the way. Though the end result was to inform us that we needed to replace drain pipes completely as soon as we could, he was able to temporarily unclog the system so my kitchen was fully functional again. I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness from the company and would recommend/use them again.
