I called and Danny was sent out. After troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose and repair. Extremely friendly and respectful and explained things where I could understand.

Service technician arrived after hours & got us back up & running! We were sitting in 94 degrees so after hours was obviously much needed! Very professional & friendly. Would highly recommend. Will be using this company going forward.

We had Danny from Desoto Air & Plumbing come out Tuesday, a few hours after I called in my request for help. He was able to identify our issue and gave us cool air in less than an hour. The price was reasonable, in spite of the higher cost of the refrigerant. I will continue using them for any future needs! K.

I have used Desoto Air & Plumbing for my AC and plumbing needs since moving to the area several years ago, and I have never been disappointed. The technicians have always been pleasant to work with, on time, and professional, and I have consistently felt that their estimates were fair. Recently, our AC system, which was approaching 18 years old, finally decided to “retire.” The Desoto Air & Plumbing team came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and gave us several options for resolving the issue. At no point did we feel pressured toward one particular solution. After considering our options, we ultimately decided to replace the system. They were able to replace the entire system the very next day. Once again, the team was on time, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions throughout the installation. The entire process was about as smooth as you could hope for. Desoto Air & Plumbing may not always be the cheapest option when it comes to plumbing or HVAC work, but I can say from personal experience that I have always felt their prices were fair considering the quality of their work, the products they use, and the warranty they stand behind. For me, the quality of their work, responsiveness, and professionalism—from the office staff to the technicians—has consistently been worth the cost. I would have no hesitation recommending Desoto Air & Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC or plumbing company. (Also my dog and cat seem to like them so bonus points for that.)

Desoto Air and Plumbing came to my rescue when my water heater stopped working on a weekend. They replaced my water heater in a timely manner and the crew that came to my house couldn't have been nicer! They removed my old water heater and cleaned up behind themselves. I couldn't be happier!

We had a mini-split in our home office which was leaking condensate inside the office. Eli came out on short notice and troubleshot the issue, resolved it on the spot. What a refreshing experience. He was topnotch and watched the mini-split after he conducted some minor clearing, ensured it was working satisfactorily. Hats off to Eli...thanks!

We noticed a gas leak under our stove. The City of Olive Branch recommended this company. Patrick was efficient, professional & answered every question. He explained and took time to tell us what maintenance needs to done to our home on a yearly basis. I highly recommend this company.

We needed an emergency valve repair. I called and tried to get someone out early evening. I received a call back from Patrick. He let me know it may take a while. I understood why the delay as we were having severe weather. Soon after he was at my door. I explained the situation and within 40 min. he had the repair completed. He was very neat and professional. I will be calling DeSoto Air and Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Very pleased with the service.

I called them because my AC unit was blowing hot air. It took 15 minutes for them to get to my house. Took 2 minutes to diagnose my AC Unit. Very pleasant and professional. Definitely would recommend.

Luke and Joey came out to fix a shower handle that broke off. Both were professional and honest and saved me money!
