Patrick is AMAZING! Our air went out in the middle of summer (90 degrees outside) and he came to the rescue AGAIN!! He is always so prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. We will never do business with anybody other than Desoto Air and Plumbing!! I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

Patrick came out same day and gave me a call back fairly quickly. He was very efficient and helpful. They’ve come out three times (new AC, new water heater, leaking pipes), and I have no complaints.

Called Desoto Air and Plumbing and met with Patrick who was not only able to replace my faucet that fell apart but didn’t charge me the consultation fee of $100 bucks. Desoto Air & Plumbing came out for my AC issue. I was added to the schedule and had Patrick show up within 3 hrs of calling. Patrick quickly diagnosed the float switch and resolved our issue. I recommend Desoto Air & Plumbing for anyone’s AC needs.
