Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. The call‑center representative was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful — she got everything scheduled quickly and made a stressful morning feel a lot easier. I called at 6:30 AM about a leaking pipe, and by 9:30 two technicians were at my door. The techs were professional, knowledgeable, and had the issue fixed fast. The pricing was fair and affordable, which I really appreciated. Later that day, I noticed a little more water and called back just to be safe. They didn’t hesitate — they sent someone out the same day to double‑check everything. It turned out to be just residual water, but their willingness to return so promptly shows how much they value their customers. Great technicians, great customer service, friendly people, prompt response, and fair pricing. They’ve earned a customer for life.

Can’t say enough about the blessing of this company. They do good and honest work. JP was our technician and so patient with our questions as he went. We are beyond grateful for their care.

Steve Alaina John and JP came out and did our install. They did awesome and got us cold air going.

Mr. Danny called me right before he pulled to inform me he was on the way. Upon arrival he went straight to the unit check the capacitor and removed and replaced it. My unit is up and running all within 5 mins. I’d highly recommend this company and Mr. Danny’s professionalism.

Our AC went out and we called a company who canceled 5 minutes before the end of our 4 hour appointment window. Their next available was in 4 days. We called DeSoto, they not only sent a technician right then ( who arrived within 30 minutes), they fixed our unit and were finished under an hour. They are now our only HV/AC and plumbing service for all our needs. Thank you Patrick who serviced our AC today.

Desoto Air & Plumbing made a crappy situation go away. I waited on Choice home warranty company to even assign someone to my claim (complete plumbing stoppage) 26 hrs later they assigned the claim for an appointment 3 more days out. Fast forward to deciding who can wait that long to put any water etc down the drain. I called and Patrick let me know he was finishing up a job and would be able to stop by. Thirtyish minutes later he and Braden, were there! Wow to that alone, then the professionalism, add in fixing the problem, and not minding that I was watching and learning. I really can't recommend these guys enough! Thanks again.

My downstairs air-conditioning unit was Not Cooling It became very hot very fast and it happens to be June in Mississippi. I called the Company. The young lady that answered the phone was very nice and had a young man out here within an hour. His name was Eli he very respectful, very knowledgeable and Very positive. He fixed the problem. I called to get my water heater repaired and they came the same day. Had to order a part and completed the repair the next business day. Great service.
